　　Ultra-pure water producing equipments for optical and electronic industries
　　光学及电子工业高纯水生产线设备：以软化剂，多介质过滤器，活性炭过滤器，一级微孔过滤，二级微孔过滤，一级反渗透，中间罐，二级反渗透，脱气机构，中间罐，EDI电离子连续脱盐装置组成。以达到脱盐纯化，制造电子工业一级（18），二级（15），三级（10）水为目的系列水处理设备组成的超纯水，高纯水生产线。其广泛应用于半导体材料，印刷电路板，LED，芯片雕刻，光导纤维，光学仪器制造等行业。用户可跟据自己的目标要求，由我司进行搭配设计。
